GunHil’s first animated family feature film ‘Ploe – You Never Fly Alone’ will be presented as project in development at Cartoon Movies which takes place in Lyon from March 6-8. GunHil is seeking pre-sales and co-producers at the forum for the heart-warming adventure film which tells of a young plover chick who hatches the very last of 4 brothers. When fall comes and his family migrates to warmer climate, Ploe is left behind to fight harsh winter, cruel enemies and vicious elements.
The story and script is written by Fridrik Erlingsson and Gunnar Karlsson will co-direct and is the visual creator of the film. The film is produced by Hilmar Sigurdsson and Haukur Sigurjónsson and is expected to be in cinemas at year end 2015.
